Mark brings a diverse industry background spanning real estate, energy, and private equity. He oversaw a substantial portfolio of real estate assets (3 million sq ft) for a California-based private equity fund and led M&A transactions for a renewable energy developer. A Darden (UVA) MBA and Virginia native, Mark's strategic oversight is invaluable to our ventures.

As CFO at Usonian Realty and COO at Touchstone Property Management, Sami oversees daily operations, leasing, and hospitality for boutique communities across the Southeast. She's known for her exceptional ability to cultivate loyal, long-stay tenant bases, a critical asset for our affordable housing and RV park operations. Sami is a proud Georgia native.

Will leads our site evaluation, underwriting, and investor communications with a sharp, analytical mind. Previously, he was co-founder (alongside Barclay) and CEO of Biteline/MedTeams, a venture-backed staffing platform. A 2025 Tuck (Dartmouth) MBA graduate and a South Carolina native, Will's entrepreneurial spirit and financial acumen drive our acquisition efforts.
